The PB-3000 is the first SVS subwoofer optimized with a dual port enclosure design to maximize airflow, driver movement and amplifier amplification while eliminating the potential for port turbulence. The PB-3000 comes standard with foam ports and allows for variable port tuning. The SVS subwoofer app also enables advanced customization, allowing you to name your subwoofer so you can easily switch presets, select subwoofer standby mode, and reset the subwoofer to factory settings. Bluetooth connectivity allows full control even when the subwoofer is out of sight, and bi-directional feedback shows adjustments in real time on both the app and the subwoofer interface on the rear panel.
The first-ever SVS Intelligent Control Interface (ICI) on the rear panel of 3000 Series cabinets, designed specifically for 3000 Series subwoofers, provides control options for the most critical functions of the subwoofer. Adjustments can be made for volume based on listening preferences and content to achieve full and balanced bass response.
Other features of the ICI include a low-pass filter for smooth sound transitions and seamless mixing with speakers and phase control to adjust the timing of the subwoofer output to match the main speakers or additional subwoofers.
